The new Pokolbin restaurant pairs stone-fired Italian-inspired cooking with estate wines, cocktails and a kitchen led by former Savoy Grill chef Jack Zideluns.

A new destination for food, wine, cocktails, and good company has arrived in the Hunter Valley, with Lucia Roche Estate officially opening its doors in Pokolbin on 17 September 2026.
