Restaurant Cuvee at Peterson House

Restaurant Cuvèe is located within the beautiful sandstone building of Peterson House, located at the "Gateway" to the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Featuring beautiful exposed aged timber beams and iron work throughout, our restaurant overlooks the beautiful vineyards and cottage gardens of Peterson House.

A breakfast specialty at Restaurant Cuvee is our Bubbly Breakfast. So why not start your day with a superbly cooked breakfast, chocolates and Sparkling Peterson House Wines while soaking in the beautiful view.

Our Head Chef, Chad Pridue, has just released his new lunch menu which is a treat for the senses. Enjoy a quick bite between vineyard tastings or sit back and enjoy catching up with friends over a long lunch.

Group bookings are more than welcome and in order to help make organising your group simpler, we have created a number of special menus to suit any occasion.

Restaurant Cuvee is open for daily for Breakfast 8:30am - 11am and Lunch 12pm - 3pm. We are also available for private group dinners by prior appointment only.
