"Cookery for the Many as well as for the Upper 10,000"

A film made in the Hunter Valley based on the first Australian cookery and home entertaining etiquette book, published in 1864.
Our "Hunter Valley Wine Country Diners Club" go back in time to 1864 and investigate how much modern Australian dining and entertaining habits influenced by our European ancestors.

Screening of this unique film is part of the Around Hermitage Wine, Food and Film Festival.
