Enjoy a festive French inspired lunch by chef Nick Vivian who has put on his toque blanche and designed a menu to share amongst friends as the Hunter goes head-to-head with France on Chardonnay and Shiraz! Winemaker Liz Silkman will be our special guest for the lunch. Now if anyone can sort Hunter Chardonnay & Shiraz from the French stuff, it's this fabulous woman!
