Cancellation Policy

Mobile Wine Tasting Events: 

Cancellations made 14 days prior to event will refund of total amount back less the 20% deposit.Cancellations made less than 14 days will incur an 50% charge for loss of ‘fresh’ produce and products which is pre- ordered from our suppliers prior to event. 

Wine Tours: 

Cancellations 7 Days or More Before Tour Date: If you cancel your tour 7 days or more prior to the scheduled date, all payments will be refunded, less any non-recoverable expenses.Cancellations Within 7 Days of Tour Date: If you cancel within 7 days of the tour date, your 20% deposit and any non-recoverable expenses will be forfeited.
