Waverley Estate Aged Wines, established in 1989 and set on 170 acres, is the only aged wine specialist in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, Australia. From the first vintage in 1989 the wines were placed in storage for ten years and allowed to slumber and mature within a Temperature – Controlled Environment to gain bottle experience.
