Cancellation policy Cancellations - 30 days or less, the deposit will be refunded if the room is re-booked. Within 14 days or less, or no shows, the balance is payable, but will be refunded if the room can be re-booked at short notice. All cancellations must be in writing and will incur an administration fee of $50. Change of date / Reschedule is considered as a cancellation of your original date and therefore the same policy above applies, however no administration fee is incurred to move the booking. In the event that we have to discount accommodation to be able to re-book at last minute rates, then that discount will be deducted from the refund. COVID19 – We understand that Government enforced restrictions may impact some guests and therefore the option to re-schedule the booking will be available. Any payments made will be converted to a booking credit which will be valid for use within 12 months from the original booking date. Cancellations at Pokolbin Farm Stay are thankfully very few. On these occasions we do our best to re-book and refund. Terms, conditions and privacy policy BOOKINGS FOR ONE NIGHT OR FOR 14 DAYS OR LESS TO ARRIVAL REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING. Bookings for 2 nights or more require a 50% deposit on a credit card, with the balance due two weeks prior to arrival, this payment is generally deducted from your card on the nearest Friday to your arrival. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure adequate funds are available to cover the full costs of the accommodation and any packages purchased. Electronic funds transfer payments are accepted but must be in full and credit card details to be provided in the event there is damage or loss of property. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. (Note 2.5% surcharge applies to American Express payments). BOOKINGS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS PAID. The rooms are not permitted to be used for functions, parties or wedding day preparations. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the rooms; an ashtray is located in the cupboard under the sink. A $100 fee will be charged if specialty cleaning systems are required to remove lingering cigarette odour from carpets and soft furnishings. We understand breakages are unavoidable and therefore we will not charge for accidental broken crockery or glassware. However, in the event of damage to furnishings and fittings we reserve the right to charge for the cost of replacement, cleaning or repair, including loss of income / guest relocation fees if the room becomes unsaleable due to damage caused. It is also a condition that guests leave the room in a reasonably clean and tidy condition and we reserve the right to charge a $25ph cleaning fee if the room requires additional time to be cleaned. A surcharge will be applied on the hourly rate on weekends and public holidays. Please ensure to leave the kitchen in a similar condition to your arrival This includes cleaning cooking crockery and glassware. Please wipe down the BBQ after use with the paper towels that are stored in the kitchen. BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS You agree that, should you breach any of the terms and conditions: You will pay to us the total loss or damage that we suffer as a result of that breach and hereby authorise us to debit your credit card or apply your refundable deposit in payment of that loss or damage and we may evict you and your guests without notice
