Pokolbin Distillery is a local and family-owned business producing bespoke and unique gins, vodkas and liqueurs. Operating since 2019 our product is made in-house, starting with our award-winning, high-quality smooth base spirit created from scratch by our talented production team. Combining naturally sourced ingredients inspired by our family's Polish heritage and Australia's native botanicals we produce our delicious products for your enjoyment. Four generations of distillers have refined this process to provide you an authentic product that we are excited to present here in the heart of the Hunter Valley. 

OUR TASTINGS

Visit our distillery door to ignite your senses and taste our award winning range of in-house made gins, vodkas and liqueurs  Our fun-loving and knowledgeable staff will guide you through an individualised tasting experience in our bespoke tasting glasses, surrounded by stunning copper bench tops, repurposed timber and ambient pendant lighting your tasting will be tailored to your group's personal preferences, you can be assured there's a product here for everyone, from dry gins to sweeter liqueurs, locally produced honey and delicious jams made by the Boozy Jam Company. Will the Blue Island Gin be your new summer favourite or will you be tempted by our decadent award winning mocha vodka?
