Hunter Wine Lab is a boutique, family-owned working winery and cellar door in Pokolbin, in the heart of the Hunter Valley.
Set inside the winery where our wines are made onsite, the cellar door offers visitors the chance to go beyond a traditional tasting and experience more of how wine is grown, made, and enjoyed.
Choose from a relaxed Signature Wine Tasting, a guided Wine & Chocolate Pairing, or go behind the scenes with Growing to Glass — a vineyard and working winery experience that includes a barrel tasting where suitable wine is available and a guided tasting of up to eight wines.
Private, group, and corporate wine experiences are also available.
Hunter Wine Lab is open seven days a week from 10am to 6pm. Bookings are recommended for experiences, particularly on weekends.

Hunter Wine Lab is located at 433 Hermitage Road, Pokolbin, in the heart of the Hunter Valley. We are approximately 15 minutes from central Pokolbin and are easily accessible by car, tour vehicle, or private transfer.
Hunter Wine Lab is also located on the Around Hermitage bike path, making it a convenient stop while exploring the Hermitage Road area.
