Known for distinctive high quality regional wines, Mount Eyre Vineyards has great respect for terroir. To any astute judge of vineyards, the three Mount Eyre properties are amongst the Hunter Valley’s finest.

Our winemaking philosophy focusses on minimal intervention in the vineyard and in the winery. We like the vineyard and fruit to speak for themselves. We seek concentration of flavour and varietal expression. Our aim is for our wines to be food friendly, balanced and tasty. When we use oak, we use French and Eastern European oak barrels.
