A structured journey of our entire range, focusing on the soils and other aspects that contribute to the unique personality of our single vineyard Semillon and Shiraz.

The Semillon and Shiraz Discovery experience is a fun and informative tasting, highlighting the stylistic diversity that can be achieved within the Hunter Valley's two signature varieties. During this seated tasting your host will take you through four Semillon and four Shiraz including a couple of our premium single vineyard wines.

One of the most unique winery visitor experiences available. A Tyrrell family member will host a private and personalised tour of our Sacred Sites vineyards including a special tasting of wines from the family's private cellar.

Unlock your inner winemaker and create your own Bordeaux inspired red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Learn about classic French and Australian red wine blends, how these wines are designed and why we blend. A structured, informative and fun masterclass including a tasting from the Gartelmann range.

The premium Wines of Distinction tasting gives access to some of our most award winning wines. This is a guided tasting through the Hunter Valley's benchmark varietals, this tasting format will also provide vertical tastings showcasing the high pedigree of our single vineyard.

Learn how to hand make your own sparkling wines in the French traditional method. Then break into smaller groups and get hands on in the process to disgorge and dosage the bottles to your own preferences...you decide how sweet or dry to make the wine, or even turn it into a rose!  Then enjoy your hand crafted sparkling wine over a delicious picnic lunch set on our picturesque Vineyard Estate in the heart of wine country.

The experience will take approx 1hr for the wine making session plus time to enjoy your picnic.
