Timeless Tunes at Hunter Wine Lab - an evening with soprano Sophie Blades

Sophie holds a Master of Music Studies in Opera Performance from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and has performed leading opera roles in Australia and overseas. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the Hunter Valley for this special open-air performance, set against the vines and the Broken Back Ranges.

Your ticket includes the performance and a delicious meal by local favourites Elliott’s at Oakvale: a charcuterie cone, a Mediterranean plate, lamb kofta and chicken shish taouk with summer rice salad, lemon tzatziki and pita, followed by Magnum ice cream.  Wine beer and cocktails will be available to purchase by the bottle and glass.  Bring a camp chair and settle in for an evening of music, community, and wonderful food from Elliott’s at Oakvale, in the welcoming atmosphere of Hunter Wine Lab.
