Smoking Class - Low & Slow Smoked Pork Ribs

Our Low and Slow Smoking Rib Masterclass will give you all the knowledge and skills you need to make top-grade, mouth-watering slow smoked pork ribs. Whilst ribs smoke in the Traegar smoker in front of you, our Pitmaster Ben will cover topics such as meat selection, preparation, smoking methods, cooking temperatures, cooking times, smoker types and timber selection.

You will also learn how to make:
- Louisana Red Sauce
- Rib rub
- Smoked potato salad with baconnaise dressing
- Smoked corn with smoked butter and chipotle seasoning

Once the ribs and sides are ready, you will enjoy a meat-sweat inducing meal. You can choose to dine on-premises or we can pack up your meal for takeaway.
Includes a demonstrative and hands-on lesson followed by lunch, a complimentary drink, souvenir apron and recipes.
Classes are held in our covered courtyard.
