Esca Masterclass Series: LARK Distillery

Join Esca Restaurant for an intimate evening celebrating Australian whisky craftsmanship, presented in collaboration with Lark Distillery.

This exclusive dining experience combines a hosted whisky masterclass with a four course seasonal degustation, thoughtfully designed by the Esca kitchen and paired with a curated selection of Lark whiskies.

The evening begins with a whisky highball on arrival, before guests are guided through each course by Esca Executive Chef Raphael Martinez. A Lark Distillery Representative will lead the whisky experience throughout the dinner, sharing insight into the distilling process, flavour profiles, and the story behind one of Australia’s most recognised whisky producers.

Guests will also receive a 500mL bottle of Lark Whisky 'Symphony No. 1' to take home, offering a lasting reminder of the experience.
