Simon Sandall’s extensive culinary experience began more than 30 years ago in London, where he worked in some of the city’s most high-profile restaurants. After moving to Australia, he held the position of Head Chef of ARIA Sydney and Executive Chef across the entire Morsul Group for ten years before opening the door to Boronia Kitchen in 2018. He is passionate about fresh produce, developing dishes for the new seasons, and creating meals for the community of Hunters Hill, of which he has been a long-term local.
