Entwine Hunter Valley is a modern food and wine experience that breaks the boundaries of the table, designed around how people like to spend time in the Hunter — relaxed, social, and unhurried.

Rather than a traditional restaurant setting, Entwine brings chef-led food trailers directly to wineries, encouraging movement, discovery, and connection. Guests are free to enjoy elevated street food in beautiful vineyard settings, shaping their experience as they go.

Our Food Trail runs Thursday to Sunday and features chef-led food trailers stationed at selected Hunter Valley wineries, including Calais Estate, First Creek Wines, De Bortoli Wines, and Allandale Winery. At each stop, guests can choose to enjoy a wine tasting and pair their food with selected wines or simply purchase food and relax without participating in a tasting — making the experience flexible and welcoming for all.

Guests can follow the Food Trail independently or choose to book a wine tour that weaves food stops and wine tastings together, offering a guided way to experience the region while leaving the planning and driving to the professionals.

On Friday and Saturday evenings, Entwine hosts Sunset Feasts at Calais Estate, Pokolbin. These evenings bring all of our food trailers together in one location, alongside local produce and artisan stalls, live music, and wine and drinks. Guests are encouraged to wander, graze, and share plates, pairing food with wine if they wish or simply enjoying the atmosphere as the sun sets over the vineyard. The on-site barrel room offers air-conditioning in summer and heating in cooler months, making Sunset Feasts comfortable year-round and ideal in all weather.

Entwine is about lingering longer, sharing food, and experiencing the Hunter Valley through flavour, wine, and atmosphere — breaking away from fixed tables and set menus to create something more social, flexible, and connected.
