Cancellation Policy
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy and guests will be charged 100% of their treatment cost if cancelling within this time. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment time. Arriving late will give you less time in which to enjoy your treatment, to ensure that our next guests is not inconvenienced, we will always finish your treatment on time regardless of the time you arrived.
