Situated in the Hunter Valley at the stunning Keith Tulloch Wine, Cocoa Nib is the life long dream of pastry chef Aymee Slaviero.  After working in Sydney and training as a pastry chef Aymee moved to Melbourne to complete a diploma of confectionary manufacturing, it is here her passion for chocolate evolved.  

Using only the finest quality chocolate from France, all of our chocolates are fresh, hand made in small batches and preservative free.
