Hunter Lavender Farm is thrilled to announce the opening of Season 4: Summer Smiles in Bloom, from 6 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.
This year’s theme celebrates the joy and colour of summer in full bloom — a time to wander, taste, and smile among the lavender fields.
For just few weeks each year, the farm transforms into a sea of purple, drawing visitors to experience the magic of lavender at its peak. From peaceful Lavender Field Walks to golden sunset photoshoots, every visit is an invitation to slow down, connect with nature, and celebrate the season’s beauty.
“We wanted this year’s theme to capture the happiness that lavender brings,” says Marianne Villanueva, Founder of Hunter Lavender Farm. “It’s about creating moments that make people smile, whether it’s walking through the rows, enjoying a cocktail under the summer sun, or finding the perfect handcrafted gift.”
New Lavender Delights
This season brings exciting updates to the Lavender Bar menu. Guests can enjoy a wider range of refreshing summer drinks — from sparkling lavender lemonade and botanical cocktails to new lavender-inspired matcha and coffee creations, crafted for slow, sun-soaked afternoons on the farm. The popular lavender gelato also returns, now with new flavour combinations, perfect for cooling down under the summer sun.
New & Updated Offerings
The farm shop and distillery have also expanded their retail display this year, featuring new handcrafted lavender products and the launch of their Australian Lavender and Botanicals collections inspired by Australian native flora. Visitors can learn how essential oils are distilled on-site and browse a beautiful range of handcrafted gifts, skincare, and home essentials.
