Located on a beautiful ridge in the picturesque Hunter Valley, this spectacular twenty five acre property offers a beautiful seven bedroom home with panoramic views. It is located minutes to the township of Branxton with easy access to the Hunter Expressway and only a short drive to the vineyards and restaurants of Wine Country.

The moment you get to Hillbrook, you know it is special. The driveway, weaves its way from the front gate passing the large dam and leading you to this fabulous house that has absolutely everything. Stepping inside, high ceilings and plentiful picture frame windows are immediate features with two separate living areas and seven bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms being split over two wings.

At the centre is a modern kitchen with stone tops, stainless appliances, induction cook top and pyrolytic oven. Adjoining the kitchen is an open dining/living room with huge dining tables with magnificent views across the valley and spilling out to an undercover alfresco area with stunning pool and more of the same breathtaking views.

The house has been beautifully styled with contemporary furnishings and fabrics. The whole house is kept comfortable year round by reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning. WiFi and Foxtel are supplied. It will feel like you have left the turmoil of the city behind.

Hillbrook also boasts a huge games room with a pool table, table tennis and a large TV with Foxtel. The grounds surrounding the home are manicured and fully fenced for pets, with a C5 vaccination certificate, and additional dog-proof yards if they need some time out.

TARIFF

Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 12 guests from $1620 per night (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 12 guests from $1215 per night (Mon-Thu)Extra guests are charged at $100 per person per night.Children under 13 years are charged at $60 per child per night.Infants under 2 are free. Pets are charged at $30 each per stay.

SECURITY DEPOSITA security deposit/bond of $1500.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTESOne night stays are available midweek. Weekend one night stays may be available but will attract a surcharge.Weekend Public Holiday bookings must a minimum 3 night stay at full weekend rate.Easter, Christmas and New Year are a 3-4 night stay and charged at full weekend rate.Concerts weekends in the Hunter Valley do have a set minimum to stay and may attract a surcharge.

Directions

Travelling north along the M1 from Sydney.Unless you need to go through Cessnock for supplies or other purposes we suggest you continue travelling along the M1 until you reach the Hunter Expressway.Reaching the Hunter expressway take the off ramp (left) follow the signs toward SingletonTravelling on the Hunter Expressway (Approximately 34KM's to Branxton Exit)Take the Branxton and Wine Country Drive exit.Continue on the roundabout and exit toward Branxton (basically turning right on the round-about).Travel about 900m and then turn Left onto the New England Hwy, signs toward BranxtonPassing the swimming pool and bowling club on the left go straight through the traffic lightsTurn right (approximately 500m after the traffic lights) onto Elderslie Road.Continue on Elderslie Road (For approximately 6KM's)Cross the Hunter River on the One Lane Bridge (Be careful as going this direction you are required to give way)Cross the bridge and within approximately 500m you will arrive at a T intersectionGo straight thru the T intersection and the road turns into Stanhope Road.Important Note – from this T intersection you will arrive at Hillbrook in exactly 2KM's. (This is important especially if travelling at night. Even though it is the only property with lights (solar) at the front gate, there is no street lighting and when very dark not difficult to miss, so you may wish to check your speedo. Note also that the front gate to the property is approximately 10-20 metres from the road driving over a small piece of council land.Go through the gate and follow the drive way all the way down to the house just past the dam on the left hand side.
