Arriving along the tall cherry blossoms and pear tree drive past the citrus orchard to Binbilla's wide entrance verandah, you immediately feel this property's sense of place. Step inside the large formal lounge room with marble fireplace and take in the stunning rural views to the vineyard beyond through the french doors as you relax on the deep seated feather sofas. The heart of the house is its casual living and dining room; with vaulted ceiling, expansive chefs kitchen with European appliances and walk-in pantry make catering effortless for you or your private chef. Entertain at the beautiful french oak dining table or relax in the lounge room with flat screen TV and combustion wood fire. The outdoor teak dining table and outdoor lounge invite you for a lazy Sunday brunch or a lunchtime BBQ as a great reason to enjoy locally made wine, cheese and other artisan produce. Travelling on the Hunter Expressway continue to the end onto the New England Hwy towards Singleton. Travel for approx. 4km to the Hermitage Rd turn off on the left. Follow Hermitage Rd to the end and turn right at the T-intersection onto Broke Rd, heading towards Broke. Follow Broke Rd to the T-intersection where you will turn right, this will take you past Broke Shop on your right hand side and the Fire Station on your left. Continue straight on this road for approximately 2 km and the entrance will be on the right hand side. The entrance is a driveway with wooden feature entry. Continue up the driveway for approximately 700 metres. Keep to the left hand driveway and follow the road leading around the large dam, as it will lead you the rear of the house where you are able to park.
