Bookings outside of 7 days, can be rebooked or cancelled for free online only through your confirmation email. Bookings Within 7 Days - Due to the current environment we charge a $25 administration fee for any rebooking or refund as of 19th December 2022 for groups under 10 people. Group bookings of more than 10 people, is $100 rebooking fee. Cheese platters/ drinks/ any food orders are not refundable/ re-bookable 48 hours before. We hope you understand as it takes time to rebook and organise our awesome staff to make your experience the best it can be. Please do NOT ask us to waive our policy. Gift Vouchers are NOT redeemable after the expiry date and cannot be refunded to cash. If you book, you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not pay the re-booking fee before your booking, your booking will expire and no refunds/rebooking available. If you require a rebooking or refund, we need it in writing - admin@suttonestate.com.au with full details of original booking, what activity it was, how many people and where you would like it moved to (Please check our web site for availabilities).
