Located in the heart of Wine Country, the accredited Hunter Valley Visitor Information Centre is your first stop for inspiration, insider tips, and bookings. Whether you’re here for a day, a weekend, or longer, our friendly and knowledgeable team can help you design the perfect itinerary, covering accommodation, dining, cellar doors, tours, attractions, and unique local experiences.

The Centre is open seven days a week and offers much more than visitor services. Inside, you’ll find Shop Hunter Valley, a curated collection of locally made products, gourmet produce, handmade goods, Indigenous art and Hunter Valley souvenirs. Many of these treasures are also available online, making it easy to take a little piece of the Hunter home with you. For those in need of a pick-me-up, Lovedale Café is conveniently located on site and serves barista coffee, light breakfast, morning tea and lunch.

We’re proud to support inclusive travel. Our Social Story has been designed to make the Centre welcoming for all visitors and the building itself is fully accessible with wide pathways, step-free entry, accessible bathrooms and dedicated parking spaces. Outside, the Centre is set within landscaped surrounds with picnic tables and a spacious park area, perfect for a restful break on your journey.

Sunday and Public Holidays: 9:00am - 4:00pm
