Join us on Tuesday, 14 October, for a mindful morning at Elysia.

Start with a refreshing mocktail on arrival, then savour a beautifully curated brunch by Chef Jamie. Expect vibrant, seasonal dishes served on shared platters that reflect Elysia’s philosophy of balance, flavour, and well-being.

At midday, flow into a 90-minute wellness experience to restore body and mind, beginning with 30 minutes of Tai Chi on Meditation Hill, followed by 50 minutes of Yoga.

Afterwards, take your time. Enjoy our spa facilities with a plunge pool and steam room, or book a treatment at the Day Spa, where locals receive 15% off facials and relaxation massages Monday–Thursday.
