Saturday 6 September marks the launch of our exciting new monthly pop-up restaurant, with Sea Salt & Sage taking over Rosie's Alfresco area every first Saturday.

Why not arrive early and make the most of your visit? Start with a stroll through our Sculpture Park, browse the gallery and gift shop, then join us for a Chardonnay tasting to discover which wine will perfectly pair with your lunch. Or simply drop in for a glass and a bite at your own pace.

The talented Sea Salt & Sage team has designed a bright, fresh share-style menu that complements our Chardonnay range beautifully. Whether you're visiting the Hunter Valley or you're a local looking for something special, this relaxed setting with live music creates the perfect atmosphere for catching up with friends or treating yourself to a leisurely afternoon.

Share a light snack with a glass of wine, or graze through multiple dishes – it's entirely up to you. The beauty of this monthly series is the flexibility to enjoy it exactly how you want.
