Hunter Distillery is the only locally owned and operated distillery in the Hunter Valley. Located in the heart of Hunter Valley wine country at Pokolbin, the Distillery provides a unique tourist atraction.

We use premium quality organic raw ingredients to produce our exceptional range of top shelf spirits. Our multi award winning spirits include Gin, Vodka, Liqueurs and Schnapps.  Our Distillery Door is open for sales and tastings 7 days.
