On February 14, we invite you to celebrate with oysters, award-winning wines and a touch of Provençal charm.
Our Valentine’s Day experience at the Estate has been thoughtfully created around a romantic four-course set menu at Cézan Trattoria & Bar, designed to be enjoyed slowly and shared.
With an idyllic setting, optional wine pairing and dessert by our visiting French Pastry Chef, seats for this one-day experience are expected to fill quickly.
For those celebrating at home, our two newly released wines offer a meaningful and delicious way to mark the day.
The 2024 Estate Shiraz, harvested on Valentine’s Day itself, is a fitting bottle for the occasion, while the 2025 Estate Sémillon is bright and finely cut, pairing beautifully with oysters and seafood.
$110 pp. Four courses. One Day Only.
Your experience begins with fresh oysters and a glass of our newly released 2025 Sémillon on arrival.
From there, the menu unfolds into a generous antipasto course, followed by two delicious main dishes with sides to share.
To finish, guests are served a rose and lychee macaron handcrafted by our visiting French Pastry Chef, Aymeric.
Elevate your lunch date with our optional paired wine experience, available for an additional $40 per person.
