Have you ever wondered how wine is made?
Join our winemaker and harvest team in the cool of the morning to hand harvest our estate-grown grapes. This hands-on vineyard and winery experience enables you to stomp the grapes, conduct a Baumé analysis and taste the wine at various stages of its making. Afterwards, we share a hearty shared plate brunch matched with Saddler’s Creek wine.
