Set on four acres in the Hunter Region, a short walk away from the historic Wollombi village, where you can sit on the verandah overlooking peaceful valley views.
Five large bedrooms, each with a king bed that can divide into two singles if preferred.
Comfortably sleeps 12. The neighbouring property sleeps as additional 4.
Cool off in our plunge pool, play billiards on the full sized table or piano in the games room, stroll through the gardens, and meet our farmyard friends.
Sole use of a large rural home (sleeps 12) set in a rural garden setting with serene views from wide north facing verandah, including private swimming pool, billiard table, open fire place, and farmyard animals to visit. Reverse cycle heating / Aircon in all rooms and white linen & towels provided. The house is divided into two sections, each with a bathroom & kitchenette so it is well suited to a large group.
The neighbouring cottage is also available and sleeps 4.

Cancellation Policy
Quiet time after 10pm to respect our neighbours. Maximum 16 people (including visitors) on the property at any time (day or night) as its a peaceful country stay / not a party house. CANCELLATION POLICY - Before 3pm, 5 days before arrival - 100% Refund. Within 5 days - Partial refund: Get back 50% of every night but the first one. No refund of the first night or the service fee.

From Wollombi Village head East along Wollombi Road towards Cessnock for 1km, turn right at Narone Creek Road and Wollombi Country house is 140m, the 4th driveway on the right, just before the Bitumen road ends.
