Enjoy a five-course menu crafted by our chefs, with each dish designed to complement the character and style of Margan’s premium wines.

First Course
Chilli garlic prawn skewer, herb salad, fried vermicelli noodle

Truffle mushroom arancini cake, truffle oil, feta cream, spinach

Third Course
Mini roasted vegetable barge with prosciutto wrapped chicken tenderloin and balsamic glaze

Fourth Course
Pork loin medallion, pineapple jalapeño salsa, Dutch baby carrot and broccolini

Fifth Course
Earl grey panna cotta, chocolate covered coffee beans, butterscotch sauce
