New Years Eve @ Esca Restaurant, Bimbadgen

Join us at Esca Restaurant for an indulgent evening of fine dining, premium wines, and celebratory flair as fireworks illuminate the valley to mark the arrival of the New Year.

Step into the final sunset of 2025 with canapés and a glass of sparkling Cuvée on arrival before indulging in a specially curated three-course menu, with the option of premium wine pairings to elevate each course.

Two intimate seatings (6:30pm and 7:30pm) ensure a truly special dining experience before the night comes alive with a fireworks display at 9:00pm, presented in partnership with our neighbours at The Vintage. A live DJ set from 9:30pm through to 12:30am will carry guests into the New Year with style.
