Cooking Class - Low & Slow Smoking Masterclass

Join us for a fun hands-on outdoor cooking class on our stunning 100 acre vineyard!
Our Low and Slow Smoking Class will give you all the knowledge and skills you need to make top-grade, mouth-watering slow smoked meats including beef brisket and chicken wings. Whilst meats smoke in the Traegar smoker in front of you, our Pitmaster Ben will cover topics such as meat selection, preparation, smoking methods, cooking temperatures, cooking times, smoker types and timber selection. You will learn to make your own rubs and barbecue sauce as well as a selection of side dishes.

Classes are held in our covered courtyard with splashing fountains and sensational vineyard views, creating a unique relaxed outdoor cooking class environment for participants.
Tickets include a two hour hands-on lesson followed by lunch, souvenir apron, recipes and a complimentary drink. We are fully licensed and have a large range of craft beer, cider, wine, soft drinks and barista made coffee available.
