Catering for 3 to 350 guests our Conference Centre is fitted with the latest technology to make your presentation seamless. Carefully integrated into the landscape of natural beauty in the Hunter Valley is 650 square meters of conference centre space with several outdoor options to incorporate teambuilding. Energetic and highly productive meetings are achieved everyday at Chateau Elan at The Vintage. We custom build events for you that include accommodation, conference, spa treatments and golf to help your group achieve their maximum potential during the event. Chateau Elan at The Vintage has two executive boardrooms to accommodate meetings and catering for up to 16 people while our larger facilities accommodate groups of 20 to 350 in a formal classroom, theatre, reception or an al fresco style, plus plenty of break-out area’s for group sessions, lunch or just casual drinks at the conclusion of your conference.


Chateau Elan at The Vintage Hunter Valley is Australia’s finest golf, spa and conference resort located in the heart of Hunter wine country.  The property has 6 conference venues, catering for groups from 10 to 330, which sit alongside luxury accommodation in a combination of 20 super-luxury Spa Suites and 80 Villa rooms and a day spa featuring 17 treatment rooms. Its location within The Vintage development provides conference delegates the full range of services expected of a 5 star resort including an 18-hole championship golf course, outdoor swimming pool, gymnasium, fine dining restaurant and French inspired cafe.

Featuring six conference rooms we can comfortably cater for events from private executive boardroom meetings to significant company launches.  Meeting rooms include Founders Room, Barrington Room, two executive Board Rooms and the unique, character filled Carriage House, a chapel constructed from convict cut sandstone. Nestled on the edge of The Vintage golf course all rooms have stunning views. Floor to ceiling windows flood rooms with natural light and provide a new perspective for delegates. State of the art audio-visual equipment and high speed Internet keep our clients connected.

Our banqueting team, lead by Executive Chef Tony Maher, provide an extensive range of food and beverage options showcasing the freshest local produce and Hunter wines. Outdoor terraces provide additional break out spaces where delegates can breathe in the fresh air and be inspired.
