You may have tasted a Hunter Semillon or Shiraz but have you ever tried a Mount View Semillon or Shiraz? Our classic varieties are known not only for their elegance and finesse but also their distinct floral characters. For tasters looking for something a little different, Briar Ridge also offers a diverse range of alternative varieties like our Fiano, Albarino or Tempranillo. We've recently released the only Shiraz Verduzzo in Australia as well. A co-ferment of Shiraz and the Italian white grape variety Verduzzo, this wine is young, juicy and ready to drink now. It's also preservative free and vegan friendly. So wander over to Mount View and enjoy a taste (or glass) of our delicious and unique wines. For the complete tasting experience, try our gourmet cheese and antipasto platters. Featuring fresh produce from our favourite local Hunter providores, these little pairings are a match made in heaven and best enjoyed on our tasting deck (with mountain and garden views naturally).
