Situated in the heart of Wine Country, this stunning 5 acre property is only a few minutes drive from the Hunter Expressway, fine restaurants, cellar doors, golf courses and concert venues. Rosedale Estate is beautifully landscaped with cottage rose garden, vegetable garden, a large fenced dam and rotunda.
Light and spacious with high ceilings, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout and combustion fires. A huge dining table is the hub for a great night of fine dining and laughter. Rosedale also boasts a fabulous outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ, swimming pool and children’s play equipment…..what more could you want for a weekend away with family or friends.
Rosedale Estate is beautifully furnished and boasts seven spacious bedrooms and six bathrooms, two large lounges both with combustion fires, a wonderful country style kitchen and stunning large dining room. It even has a secret garden with fresh herbs and veggies for your stay and a chicken coop so that you can collect fresh eggs each day. Rosedale Estate is also a 100m walk from a concert bus pick up point. This property has everything!

5 Green Lane, Lovedale
Travelling on the Hunter Expressway take the Lovedale Rd exit and from the roundabout, turn onto Lovedale Rd towards Cessnock. Continue along Lovedale Road for approx 6km and the property will be on the right hand side just before Hunter Valley Hot Air Ballooning. Turn right onto Green Lane and it is the first driveway on the left hand side.
