Gartelmann Wines

Founded in 1996 in the beautiful Lovedale area of the Hunter Valley, Gartelmann is a winner of many Wine Show Trophies and hundreds of medals. The business was established by Jan and Jorg Gartelmann with their acquisition of the George Hunter Estate, the oldest vineyard in Lovedale.

In 2007, after 11 years as both a grape grower and a wine producer, the Gartelmann business entered a new phase of development with a change of licence. Gartelmann is now positioned solely as a premium winemaker, sourcing top quality fruit from the best Hunter Valley vineyard sites.
