The 2 bedroom cottages have a really calm and peaceful feel. They back directly on to our vineyard and face East. They have a wide Verandah on ground level that is fully covered and protected from the West sun and winds, perfect for an afternoon BBQ (gas bbq provided). The cottages are made up of 2 queen bedrooms and 1 large, modern bathroom with a double sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests, fully equipped kitchen and dining area lounge, the cottages are perfect for 4 guests, with the ability to take 2 extra guests. Cosy log fire for winter holidays.
The 3 bedroom cottage has a really calm and peaceful feel. It backs directly on to our vineyard with a real country atmosphere. The cottage has wide Verandah’s on ground level which are fully covered and protected from the sun, perfect for an afternoon BBQ (gas bbq provided). The cottage is made up of 3 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), with a double sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests, fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a separate lounge with a cozy log fire, the 3 bedroom cottage is perfect for 6 guests, with the ability to take 2 extra guests.
The loft has elevated views over the surrounding countryside and our vineyard. The loft is made up of 1 queen sized bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with a combined Lounge / dining area and a ground level covered BBQ area with gas BBQ. It is the perfect place for a couple to get away from it all.
The property itself is 30 acres of fabulous country with approximately 5 acres of almost level grass, combined with rose gardens edging a walking path, complete with rotunda and country dam. Chickens, geese guinea fowl, ducks, Cockatoos, corellas, parrots and many more birds abound and add that real country feel, yet you are only a bird’s call from all the Hunter has to offer!!.
Most of all you will notice the peace and quiet of the Lovedale area, you instantly slow down from your busy schedule and start to "smell the roses"!! peace and quiet - ahhhhh!!
Emma's Cottage Vineyard produces a comprehensive range of hand crafted, premium, boutique wines, which are available only from the cellar door, which is open from 10am to 5pm (closed Tuesday). So you should never be short of a good wine and you don't even have to leave the property to get it!!. Your cottage also contains original artworks from resident artist Megan Barrass, they add colour and life and happiness!

Located adjacent to our vineyard and swimming pool, this comfortable two storey, 4 bedroom Hunter Valley accommodation house is excellent for 8 guests. The house has easy, level access and parking and extensive rose gardens. The 4 bedroom house has it�s own BBQ and outdoor setting under the wrap around veranda. Cancellation Policy
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside of 28 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels within 3 and 28 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% refund of any unsold nights if total accommodation Is not relet
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within 2 days (48 hours) of arrival date i.e. (after 2pm) no refund applies
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund of the resold nights

Directions:
From the South.
Follow the signs to Cessnock and Branxton. As you leave Cessnock you turn onto “Wine Country Drive” (sometimes known as Branxton Rd or Allandale Rd) heading North towards Branxton. After 5 km’s you will pass Cessnock airport and the Visitor information centre (worth a stop to gather reference material for your stay) on your left. Keep traveling North along Wine Country Drive for another 7km, turning right into Wilderness Rd. Emma’s Cottage Vineyard is 1.4km on your left.
From the North
Turn off the new England Highway at Branxton, heading South for Cessnock. You will be on Wine Country drive (sometimes known as Branxton Rd). Follow this road from Branxton for 7km’s then turn left into Wilderness Rd. Emma’s Cottage Vineyard is 1.4km on your left.
