Waverley Estate Aged Wines is the only aged wine specialist in the Hunter Valley. The cellar door is open daily from 10am to 5pm for informative and fun tastings conducted by experienced staff members. Indulge in the sip, nibble and chat luncheon which is an opportunity to share a range of tastes that are broad, distinctive and unforgettable, accompanied by an informal and relaxed fare of delicious platters of local fresh produce.
