All our wines are made from grapes that we have loved and cared for on our own property and as David Hook has said “good grapes are what make good wine”. The meaning of the word “Terroir” is hard to define, but it refers to everything that goes into the process of producing great grapes.
You will get a taste of how fulfilling it is to produce the best quality grapes available then serve the product to you and enlighten you to the steps involved. You will experience the lifestyle choice that you may wish to make at some time in your life.
On top of a great experience you can take home great Emmas Cottage wine, not available anywhere else. Do yourself a favour – don’t miss out!! Visit this unique Hunter Valley accommodation today!
Don’t forget that Megan Barrass is an acclaimed fine artist and you can experience her passion for life in the gallery at the cellar door.
