General Tours Relax and enjoy the best the Hunter Valley has to offer in air-conditioned comfort with our daily guided tours. Visit wineries of your choice or leave it to us to show the highlights. A stop off for lunch is included but comes at an extra expense on the day. - MIDWEEK TOURS FULL DAY - (Monday to Friday) $60.00 pp. HALF DAY - (Monday to Friday) $50.00 pp. -WEEKEND TOURS: (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.) HALF DAY - $55.00 pp FULL DAY - $68.00 pp Prices include GST. Lunch packages available on request. Exclusive tours by mini-bus/coach This tour is tailor- made to suit the needs of your party. Private tastings can easily be organised at wineries of your choice or let us show you some of the Hunter's finest. Choose from a variety of lunch options ranging from a gourmet picnic to a cafe or restaurant. Based on a party of 10-12 $68.00 pp. 18 - 21 guests $65.00 pp. Over 21 guests POA.
Cancellation Policy
HVWTA CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Accommodation • If HVWTA’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client. • If HVWTA’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet. • If HVWTA’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission. • In the event of HVWTA or the operator reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund. 2. Tours • If HVWTA’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 7 days of departure date no refund applies Please Note: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the 3.5% booking and services fee.
