Still proudly family owned and operated and still loving sharing this amazing area with you! I think the reason for our longevity is that more than anything else we have always thought of it as a privilege to be a part of such an esteemed tourism industry.
Our family settled here in the 1859's and since then have always worked in or owned businesses that have complemented the area. Our knowledge is not something that has been read, more over something experienced from years of living locally.
Vineyard Shuttle Service (VSS) was formed when my father Frank recognised something lacking in the industry at the time - a simple, cost-effective way for visitors to enjoy what the area has to offer without driving.We have always stayed true to that format, adding services to complement it along the way. Our business is based on relationships, those we have formed within the industry and those we enjoy with our patrons.
We have a close association with all accommodation houses, restaurants and wineries in the Hunter Valley so why not let us transport you around and introduce you to some of the best the Hunter Valley has to offer.

Cancellation Policy
HVWTA CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Accommodation • If HVWTA’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client. • If HVWTA’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet. • If HVWTA’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission. • In the event of HVWTA or the operator reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund. 2. Tours • If HVWTA’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 7 days of departure date no refund applies Please Note: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the 3.5% booking and services fee.
