We are an owner operated, small batch, artisan smokehouse.
Lunch Thursday to Monday 10.30am-4pm and at other times for functions.
Our menu features platters to share and individual dishes showcasing our smokehouse produce. Enjoy our range of hand made smoked food including low 'n slow smoked pull pork, smoked chicken wings, our smoked salmon pie and our mouth watering smokehouse burger or share a platter of charcuterie featuring smoked meats, smoked seafood, cured meats, terrine, pate, breads, salads and hand made chutneys and relishes.
Relax in our courtyard featuring vineyard views and splashing fountains or in our air conditioned dining room with a craft beer, cider, Hunter Valley wine or coffee and enjoy the best lunch the Hunter Valley has to offer!

Our produce is made on-site by Owner/Chef Ben Sales who is extremely passionate about smoked food. Ben works closely with our suppliers sourcing premium quality and wherever possible local ingredients and dedicates an extraordinary amount of time carefully curing and smoking our produce in small batches to ensure every product receives the attention it deserves. Every product is packaged by hand and cryovaced to prolong freshness and is ready for purchase so that you don't have to wait for it to be sliced. Our house made produce is available exclusively from our Hunter Valley store.

For the smoking enthusiast we also stock electric and pan smokers and wood chips.
Thermabags and ice are available to keep your purchases cool or you may leave your purchase with us whilst you discover the Hunter Valley and collect at the end of the day.
Smoking and Curing Masterclasses are held on Sundays 10am-12noon. Private classes for 6+ guests are available at other times. Bookings are essential and payment in advance is required.
