Hunter Distillery commenced production of limited edition premium organic vodkas & spirits in 2001.
The Distillery was the first 100% organic distillery in Australia, and is the only organic distillery in the southern hemisphere.
Hunter Distillery is the home of the famous Valli Vodkas. As a result of the success of the Valli range of vodkas, not only in Australia but in the USA and United Kindom, it was resolved to establish an expanded state of the art distillery in the heart of Pokolbin.

Production commenced in December 2011 at the distillerys new state of the art distillery at 1686 Broke Road Pokolbin. Cellar door to open in April 2012
