Hunter Distillery is the original locally owned and operated distillery in the Hunter Valley. Located in the heart of Hunter Valley wine country in Pokolbin, the Distillery provides a unique tasting experience where guests can try our products right in the very same building they are created.
We use premium quality raw ingredients to produce our exceptional range of top shelf spirits. Our multi award winning spirits include Gin, Vodka, Liqueurs and aged spirits. Our Distillery Door is open for sales and tastings 7 days.
