- Logistics assistance with media visit, i.e. itinerary.
- Photo and video library.
- Discounted or complimentary activities (in some cases).
- Discounted or complimentary accommodation (in some cases).
What We Need From You:
We require a written request several weeks in advance in order to make arrangements for visiting journalists. In order to provide a media trip best suited to your needs and assignment requirements, the following information is requested:
- Letter of assignment/letter of intent to air from the publication/program/website or network.
- Several clippings/examples of previous work (naturally, we do appreciate the nature of speculative assignments in the case of freelance journalists).
- Story focus, description of publication/program with circulation/audience figures, as well as publication date/air date.
- Details of special requirements.
- Names and titles of visiting media.
- Dates of assignment, with specific arrival and departure dates and times.
Following all media visits, the marketing department will require a copy of the article, video or audio program that resulted from an assignment in the area.
Please contact the Marketing Department to discuss your requirements.
