WOLLOMBI VILLAGE MARKETS Visit historic Wollombi on the holiday Monday of each long weekend (Easter, June and October) and on Australia Day for this great market of over 100 stalls, including local produce and crafts, plants, clothes, tools, bric-a-brac and much more. The markets are held from 8am-1pm at the Wollombi Saleyards on Paynes Crossing Road. As each market is run by volunteers from a different local community group, they benefit a cross section of this small rural community, including the Wollombi Bush Fire Brigade and Wollombi Public School P&C.
