Perched above the winery with sweeping views of the vineyards and golf course, Esca Restaurant offers relaxed modern dining in a light-filled, elegant setting. The seasonal menu, with subtle pan Asian influences on modern Australian cuisine, is designed to sample and share, thoughtfully paired with Bimbadgen’s estate grown wines.

Head Chef Raphael ‘Rapha’ Martinez leads the culinary team, showcasing the best local produce through bold, seasonal flavours and refined modern techniques. His menu captures the essence of the Hunter Valley, contemporary, creative and deeply connected to place.
