After 25 years in operation, the Hunter’s iconic Peppers Guest House has unveiled it’s newly named and refurbished dining room, Restaurant Sanctuary. With the new interior boasting a contemporary and refined, warm and relaxed atmosphere the menu also takes on a new direction, reflecting the change of seasons and is beautifully handcrafted by Executive Chef Michael Bolam and his talented team. Restaurant Sanctuary is an intimate experience in an opulent setting with exquisite food and warm, friendly service.
Our Executive Chef, Michael Bolam, spent more than a year at the two Michelin Star restaurant The Ledbury in London before returning to - the now - Restaurant Sanctuary. Michael and his team take you on a unique culinary journey from experiences across the globe to creating a seasonal menu from locally farmed produce
