Visitors to Margan Restaurant in the tranquil, rural setting of Broke in the Hunter Valley are treated to the complete food and wine experience. The tasting room offers latest release and museum Margan wines for sampling and sales, served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Restaurateur and chef Lisa Margan and her experienced restaurant team create seasonally inspired food, sourced from local mostly organic producers as well as from the extensive one-acre Margan kitchen garden.
