Hunter Valley Gardens

Located in the heart of the Hunter vineyards at the foothills of the Brokenback Ranges are the spectacular Hunter Valley Gardens. Spanning over 25 hectares, be amazed by the sensational sights, colours and fragrances of the twelve stunning feature gardens. Explore each garden one by one and enjoy an exciting journey through flowers, trees and shrubs with an air of discovery at every turn.

Special Events

Although famous for food and wine the Hunter Valley has also made a name for producing some of the most spectacular events. There are festivals celebrating the lush local produce, such as Lovedale Long Lunch and Semillon and Seafood, concerts featuring the world’s top musicians and a smooth medley of both local produce and relaxing music is created at Jazz in the Vines and Opera in the Vineyards.

Cooking School

Offer your delegats a dinner they will return raving about. There are a number of extravagant cooking schools showcasing how to make the food the Hunter Valley is famous for.

Wine Tasting

Pay a visit to a selection of the 120 wineries scattered throughout the vines and taste a varity of wines grown and produced right here in teh Hunter Valley. Alternatively, have a wine maker come to you for a private wine tasting. Listen to the stories from the people whose time and efforts are poured into creating the perfect wine.

Golf

A great way to stretch the legs, clear the mind and enjoy the fresh air after a long day of meetings the Hunter Valley has four premier golf courses set in the heart of Wine Country.

Winery Walk

Learn all about the wine making process from the growing of grapes through to drinking the wine. Walk through the vineyards, wineries and cellar doors, talk to the wine makers and taste the wines in the place they are grown, produced and bottled.
