The Wollombi Valley has had recent rainfall, our valley hasnt looked this green for years, the brook is back to its normal flow and the wildlife is enjoying the change.

Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
Prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are current as of January 2006.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking.
The deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is received within 14 days of the intended stay.
Guesthouse Mulla Villa is a smoke free environment.
Any concerns must be raised with Mulla Villa's management not through any agents.
